About.

Regional heart.

Kate Howarth Digital (KHD) is owned by Kate Howarth and has been operating for over 18 years.

Kate has been involved in every aspect of digital marketing for her entire career, from content creation and web design to strategy, information architecture, usability and accessibility. Her experience is broad and encompasses many industries including tourism, hospitality, the arts, local and federal government, construction, education and agriculture.

She is also an experienced business and communications manager, event manager, desktop publisher and community influencer.

Following what felt like a lifetime working in Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane, Kate went back to the bush with the family - taking in the Southern Tablelands, Far South Coast and the Riverina. She now works remotely from her home-base in Tumut NSW.

KHD is hands-on. She does everything from initial client consultation, developing strategies, user interface design, colour schemes, logos and content writing, coding and website design and development. Kate engages technical contractors and usability testers as required and is part of an extensive network of quality content creators, programmers and designers - including photographers, videographers, graphic designers and drone operators. If Kate can’t do it for you, she has someone on-hand who can deliver quality content for your website or digital marketing campaign.

Kate has a personal interest in photography and very occasionally has time to be engaged to shoot portraits, events and private functions. She is a keen supporter of regional arts and has been part of the Regional Arts NSW network for over 13 years.

She loves hanging out with dogs and horses, hates snakes and is not fond of olives or oysters. She drinks a lot of coffee.

Kate Howarth Digital recently won the 2021 award for Excellence in Micro Business from the Tumut Regional Chamber of Commerce & was a regional finalist in the NSW Business Awards. Kate is a Squarespace Circle Member.
